This service is available on the same basis as our let-only service, but is designed for landlords who want the peace of mind of having monthly rental income collected and accounted for.
A ‘must have’ for overseas landlords, this option provides you with the minimum level of involvement in the routine management and maintenance of your property investments.
By handling maintenance issues internally, we believe the interests of all parties are protected and in the long run costs are lower and void periods minimised.
You will be introduced to your property manager whilst all the formalities of setting up a new tenancy and preparing your property are being taken care of. Throughout the tenancy you will have on-line access to rental statements, visit reports and all fundamental documentation relating to your property and the tenancy.

Let Only – charged at 10% + VAT Paid in full at commencement of the term.
Rent Collect – charged at 12% + VAT Paid monthly throughout the term.
