Susan joined the team also in 2017 with 15 years experience in the industry in both corporate and independent businesses. The department has grown from strength to strength ever since with the acquisition of an in house property manager in keeping with our local and independent values, healthy business growth year on year and an ever increasing portfolio of let and managed properties in Harpenden and surrounding villages.
Mark joined the team earlier this year with almost five years prior experience in several aspects of property management. His approach to managing our portfolio is excellently structured in terms of practicality, timeliness and value and his understanding of the importance of communication with our landlords and tenants is invaluable. Mark regularly works closely with our neighbouring property managers in our St Albans office so that both offices are supported at all times.
Sally joined the Harpenden Lettings Team in 2017 with extensive experience in sales and customer service and has quickly risen to be a top performer for the company. Sally has an excellent knowledge of the local area having been born in Harpenden and spent much of her working life in the area.
Hilary has been a Harpenden resident since the 1960s, when she moved here with her parents. After some time away at University and then in London, she and her husband returned to Harpenden to make a home and bring up their daughter. Hilary has worked for John Curtis since 1993, assuming the role of full-time sales co-ordinator in 2001.
Karen joined team John Curtis in 2014, initially with the sales team and subsequently took up the position as lettings administrator in 2017. Karen’s 10 years prior experience in legal administration and organisation skills are invaluable to us in producing the volumes of tenancies we output each month and supporting our office which is one of the top performing within the company.
